King Ernest Transportation (KET) is a Disabled Navy Veteran, Retired Air Force, and family-owned transportation company built on integrity, discipline, and service. With more than 30 years of combined logistics and over-the-road experience, we understand what it takes to move freight safely, efficiently, and with precision.

Our company was founded in March 2022 in loving memory of our father, King Ernest Ward Jr. (Pop) — a man who believed in faith, family, and hard work. Although the business was placed on hold to allow for research, training, and real on-the-road experience, that time became our greatest advantage. It gave us a front-row understanding of what drivers face daily and how to build a company rooted in excellence rather than speed.

In September 2025, we proudly relaunched KET with renewed confidence, financial stability, and a mission to serve the East Coast with reliability and professionalism. Every mile we drive honors our father’s name and the values he instilled in us — respect, responsibility, and doing things the right way.
